HOSONITZ to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS GRANTEE, AS NOMINEE FOR RENASANT BANK, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS in the original principal amount of $388,827.00 dated June 8, 2022, and recorded in Deed Book 10739, Page 362, Forsyth County records, said Security Deed being last transferred to RENASANT BANK in Deed Book 11436, Page 191, Forsyth County records, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse door in said County, or at such other place as lawfully designated, within the legal hours of sale, on June 03, 2025, the property in said Security Deed and described as follows: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 1004 OF THE 3RD DISTRICT, 1ST SECTION, FORSYTH COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 14, EVANS FARMS, UNIT ONE, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGES 14-19, FORSYTH COUNTY RECORDS, SAID PLAT BEING INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE THERETO.
